New features: I will keep the mounting pattern unchanged to ensure a direct swap for existing units. All wire locations will remain the same as well. I am removing the auxiliary channel and the reduced input. The new design will incorporate updated microprocessor and display technology, while maintaining most of the other hardware, which has proven to be robust since 2005!
Key features of the NEW AMS-1000X
It will have 3 outputs instead of the aux channel:
- 0-5 volt output that will map out target gate pressure curve (great for external datalogger)
- 0-5 volt output that will be your actual gate pressure curve (great for external datalogger)
- output that turns on based on BOOST, GEAR or TIME
Control Strategies:
- Graphing based time
- Graphing based Voltage for voltage based gear
- Shift input based
- Scramble input
- Launch target via tbrake or clutch
