NLR Sidemount Turbosystem
Complete turbosystem with fuel system( injectors, fuel pump, regulator and fuel lines). Regarded as the highest quality system with the most refinements since we designed it. This system is what sparked the Sidemount craze and still leads the pack in power output and records. Billet end tanks on the intercooler with a stainless steel carrier system. Billet plenum and adel wiggins clamps just top it off. No expense spared on this system!
NLR Intercooled Street/Strip Turbosystem
This is a water cooled intercooled system based on our Gen X turbosystem. You can request co2 cooling ports instead before build. This system uses a custom turbocharger to provide beautiful street manners while still producing big horsepower for those who like a brutal streetbike. Factory ecu is use don this gen 2 kit with larger injectors. Street/strip version produces 370-380 hp on pump gas and 450 on race gas. Anodizing is extra
NLR Non Intercooled / Intercooled Race
Pretty straight forward race system that we have built for many years. Proven set up with the highest quality components and fabrication. Optional Intercooling available for co2 or water to air which some of the pics show.
Hayabusa turbo header
T3 flanged turbo manifold . .110 wall 304 stainless steel. Main flange is 3/8 thick = solid support and the spigots for the head are a perfect fit!
Boost Lock Up Clutch
The NLR boost lock up is the perfect addition to your turbocharged Hayabusa. Forget about those super stiff springs! Use the factory springs and let this clutch take care of the rest. ****make sure the cover is clean . If it is not you will be charged 50.00 for doing it here****
Offset Clamps ( Gsxr1000 centerline clamps )
These offset clamps are on every bike built by NLR, DME and many other top builders in the industry. Safety is of the utmost concern so we have made our clamps with a smaller bore size which requires the fork tubes to be machined down. This allows the forks to travel into the clamps and always ensures a hard grip by all pinch bolts. On a lot of clamps they do not do this and the bottom clamp assembly rides onto the reduced dimension of the fork tube only allowing 1 pinch bolt to actually hold the tube on the bottom clamp.

16 x 3.5 Black in color Designed for 03-04 Gsxr1000 Will fit other years of Busas and Gsxrs you will just have to adapt everything over.
